  • If an item is not available, that this happening?
  1. When we receive your order, we check in 72 hours worked, that the items are in stock.

  2. If an article is not available. We will contact you by email to give you the time of delivery in stock.
  3. If the article is exhausted or the period of reassortment than 15 days:

You will receive an email telling you the exhaustion of the product with the time of reassortment or possibly a proposed change in size or color on this article. You can enforce the replacement of your item simply return email.

4. If the article is exhausted without any planned Reassortment

You will receive an email informing you that we are unable to deliver this item. We then propose two formulas;

- Either to cancel the article, but confirming delivery of the rest of the order by return email.

Your order will then be released and delivered.

Then we will refund the article exhausted out by bank transfer.

When repayment is completed, you will receive an email from us to warn you that the reimbursement is complete.


- Either to cancel all of your order by return email.

Then we'll refund your order, by bank transfer.

When repayment is completed, you will receive an email from us to warn you that the refund is complete.
