  • How can I see my shipping costs on my order?
  1. When making your order, which takes place on several stages, we ask you to register to validate your account.
  2. In the register new customer you will have to enter your zip code and your country (as below). WARNING for residents of the DOM - TOM, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and niquelon you should select your department or territory from the dropdown menu.

  3. When your account will be informed and validated, your shopping basket, will automatically indicates on the amount with of your order your shipping costs, depending on the country you have chosen in the dropdown menu.
  4. Please note: during the account creation process you can save another shipping address, for a gift for example. Your shopping cart will calculate your fixed costs on delivery address and not your address of billing. Exemple my address is in Canada and my Friend in France. Thus my shopping cart will calculate the fixed costs for the country France (value 7 euros ).
